Brief Description
50 Square miles of bare limestone hills and terraces extending northward from Lisdoonvarna. A strange lonely landscape sheltering some of Ireland’s rarest flora.
Nearby Corkscrew Hill, Druid’s Altar and Keelhilla can be found dolmens, gallery graves, forts and crosses.

Folk park adjoins the castle with reconstructed farmhouses and cottages
On the side of Slieve Elva is a chasm leading into the Aillwee cave complex. 7 miles of caverns with waterfalls and underground streams. Guided tours.
